GrowNYC’s Farmstands source a range of fresh, delicious, local foods from GrowNYC Wholesale and make them available and accessible in communities throughout New York City.
In addition to running our own programs, we support multiple partner organizations operating their own markets and collaborative buying programs – offering training, technical assistance, ongoing support, and year-round deliveries. Our partners are experts in the communities they call home, and GrowNYC provides specialized training and additional resources that support these local leaders working to improve their food system. FARMSTAND
GrowNYC Farmstands are designed to bring fresh fruits and vegetables directly to communities impacted by systematic marginalization throughout New York City. In addition to creating access points for fresh, local foods, Each year, our Farmstands provide more than 60 young people with transferable job training
